How do I apply to become a tutor?

The process is simple:

  1. Complete the Application Form: Provide your details, qualifications, subjects, and experience.
  2. Screening & Verification: Our team will review your application and verify your documents.
  3. Demo Session/Interview: You may be asked to conduct a short, paid demo lesson to showcase your teaching style.
  4. Onboarding: Once approved, you'll complete profile setup, platform training, and can start accepting students.
How long does the approval process take?

Typically,the entire process from application to approval takes 5 to 7 business days, provided all your documents are in order. We may contact you if we need additional information.

How much can I earn, and how is payment structured?
  • You set your own hourly rate within our suggested market range.
  • Our standard commission is 15% per completed session. You keep 85%.
  • Example: For a 1-hour session at Rs. 1,000, you earn Rs. 850.
  • Top tutors with high ratings and consistent bookings often earn between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 80,000+ per month.
How and when do I get paid?
  • Payments are processed twice a month, around the 15th and the last day of the month.
  • All earnings are transferred directly to your registered bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • You will receive a detailed payment statement for each cycle.
Are there any hidden fees or costs?

No.There are no registration or monthly fees. The only deduction is the transparent commission from each completed session. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings.

How will I get students? Does the platform find them for me?

Yes! A core benefit of our platform is student matching. We handle the marketing and initial student acquisition. You will:

  • Appear in search results when students look for your subjects/levels.
  • Receive booking requests from students we match you with based on your profile and expertise.
  • Have the option to promote your profile through our featured tutor programs.
How do I schedule sessions? What platform do we use for teaching?
  • Our platform has an integrated booking and calendar system. You set your availability, and students book slots accordingly.
  • We use secure, integrated video conferencing (like a custom Zoom/Google Meet room) for all sessions. The link is automatically generated upon booking.
  • You also have access to a digital whiteboard, file sharing, and session recording tools.
What if a student cancels a session at the last minute?

We have a fair cancellation policy to protect your time:

  • Students can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee, and you will receive 50% of your session rate as compensation.
  • In case of a genuine emergency, cases are reviewed individually.
Am I an employee of the platform?

No.Tutors on our platform are independent contractors. This means you have the flexibility to set your own schedule and rates. You are responsible for your own tax filings and do not receive employee benefits.
